**Requirements & Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree or professional degree in Accounting/ Finance or any related field.
- Work experience or similar role is required for this position
- Proficient in advanced Excel, any finance system equivalent to best practices, and IT savvy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven with initiatives to constantly seek process improvements.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is preferred.

**Responsibilities**
- Timely & Periodic reporting including Cash Flow report, Funds Forecasts, Financial & Management Report, Statutory Report, Project Report, Expense report, KPI Reports, and others as advised by Management.
- To prepare, design and implement financial analysis on profitability and validity of business plans to the management, participate in strategic reviews and periodic assessments.
- To prepare, design and monitor the yearly annual budget which includes the monthly forecast of Profit & Loss, and the actual financial report for the Management if needed.
- Responsible for a full set of accounts, month-end closing, reconciliation, and financial analysis.
- Drive and achieve monthly KPIs for the finance department and team, constantly fine tune and monitor KPIs to ensure financial business objectives are met.
- Responsible for reporting and explaining adjustments to be taken up for variance between accounting & risk management teams.
- Analyse and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments, and future revenues. Make strategic recommendations and develop efficient use of resources and procedures and maintain solutions to business and financial issues.
- Support overall financial performance and drive continuous improvement on the financial processes and systems to ensure business operations achieve their optimum.
- Provide leadership and guidance in maximizing resources, utilisation of assets and streamlining work processes.
- Develop any process and procedure within the section that is required to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Prepare management account/analysis reports and submit to management in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work with other teams to ensure the operational process is in order from financial management perspectives.
- Focal key point person of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters and providing support to Top Management/Stakeholders in financial related matters.
- Deal with the internal & external auditor, banker, and other professional parties. - Ensuring internal controls and compliance with accounting and legislative requirements.
- Handle ad hoc duties and assignments when required.
- To be responsible for any ad-hoc assignment by the Head of Finance & Compliance and Account & Finance Lead.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
