**Location**:Subang Jaya (SS15), Bangi, Publika, Setapak, Johor Bharu (JB)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations.
- Ensure all food and beverage products are served according to recipes, portioning, and company standards.
- Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including clearing tables, sanitizing utensils, and keeping dining areas tidy.
- Assist with daily specials knowledge and stay updated on menu changes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Maintain a neat appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to the dress code.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Training will be provided.
- Passion for the F&B industry and customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to work **shifts, weekends, and public holidays**.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Quick learner with excellent personal skills and friendly demeanor.
- Great communication skills and approachable manner.
