Warehouseman

1) To operate and handle MHE in order to move products within the Warehouse areas.

2) To check incoming products and report any discrepancies.

3) To perform various receiving functions such as unloading trucks/containers and segregate product into the respective racks and locations.

4) To ensure all goods in the respective racks are properly labelled with pallet tag indicating received date and other essential information.

5) To ensure pick locations are always replenished and ensure all items are being placed at the correct picking locations.

6) To arrange goods in first-in-first-out (FIFO) manner.

7) Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.

8) Wear the proper safety equipment.

9) To report any damage goods or incidents that happen in the warehouse.

10) Reach Truck:
a) All pick phase must be replenished by daily basis before operation start and end.

b) Immediately react when picker ask to take down ANY of the product group

c) Relocate

d) Ensure all incoming stock put away follow by product racking, consult your direct superior if the racking is fully utilized.

e) No phone is allowed during driving any MHE.

11) To ensure goods picked are checked as per the packing slips and ensure accuracy as below:
a) Quantities in each packing slips are accounted either in each caron/s or by pieces, tally with physical goods and sign off on packing slips.

b) Tagging of DO-# on physical goods is done correctly as per packing slip.

c) Total packages of the packing slips are stacked on the correct pallet and sign off on packing slip.

d) The numbers of packages are written on the packing slips.

12) To ensure all picking slip before cut-off time are prepared for next day delivery.

13) To ensure all un-completed packing slips are being handed back to the Supervisors/Executive In-charge.

14) To ensure stocks are being handled in proper and safe manner to prevent damages.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
