**Introduction**
Our business corporate client, a freight forwarding company is seeking enthusiastic and self motivated individuals to begin their career within this exciting fast paced international logistics industry.

You will be joining this well established, worldwide freight forwarding client who are looking for a Documentation Administrator to take full responsibility for the preparation of punctual and precise documentation for all destinations across national country borders. In this regard, the successful applicants must have an exceptional telephone manner as this role requires extensive liaison with Clients, Overseas agents, Shipping liners and other departments within the business.

**Roles & Duties will involve**:

- Create Bill of Lading-export declarations.
- Ensure the correct profiles are chosen or created for all parties.
- Confirm the Bill of Lading is in compliance with the master submitted by the Shipper/forwarder.
- Ensure all related charges are protected on the bill of lading and proper cost accounts are in place,
- Actively seek required documentation from shippers.
- Prepare and maintain vessel files.
- Assist customers/agents with questions,complaints,requests or track and trace.
- Double check container and seal number and load manifests.
- Issue client/agents invoices.

**Essentials**:
Previous experience within a documentation/shipping administration role or educated to degree level and looking to begin your career with the logistics industry.

Possess good customer service skills.

Driven and bright individual with the ambition to grow within a company.

**Desirable**
Experience within the shipping industry highly desirable.
