Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Industry: Medical Supplies & Manufacturing
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the designated region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and development.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, demonstrating progress towards goals and objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to optimize performance and productivity.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed:
- Bachelor's in any Engineering field, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Proficient in Chinese language, both speaking and reading.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region if required only.
- Possess leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- glove export sales: 5 years (preferred)
