- Respond to unexpected demand by expediting crucial orders.
- Prepare and assess all bids; handle day-to-day business relationships with worldwide suppliers, including ordering, communicating demand modifications, delivery, issue resolution, end-user feedback, order follow-up, and inventory management.
- Evaluate suppliers and manage supplier relationships to assure the continuation of goods and services that satisfy quality, service, and pricing performance standards.
- Provide detailed cost comparison analysis
- Collaborate with Global Commodity Managers to submit request for quotes, negotiate, award, and update contracts.
- In charge of managing allocated categories and developing suppliers.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economy, Marketing or Diploma in Purchasing Material (DPMM) / CIPS / CPM / CIPM or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): ERP Software, SQL, Oracle & Microsoft Excel & Power Point. Strong Analytical & Mathematical Skills.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
