Attend to joint inspection with customer professionally in compliance with the company service standards, offer reasonable alternatives to resolve customer's problem.
- Follow up and monitor defect rectification work with contractors and suppliers in order to deliver the highest quality and prompt services to the customers.
- Analyse and diagnose defect problems/ issues and provide feedback to immediate superior with proposed solution.
- Execute ad-hoc investigation of defect assignment in order to ensure smooth and organized site operations and provide a regular feedback to the project team for product quality improvement.
- Regularly update or submit report to Property Admin Team of defect progress in compliance with the standards and procedures to avoid operations hiccups and ensure easy tracking of information.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property development industry. Preferably have experience in defect management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented.
- Computer literate.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
