Academic Counsellor

**Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah**

An established and reputable private higher education institution is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Academic Counsellor**to join the team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about starting a career in education and sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively engage and counsel potential students to drive new enrollments, while also encouraging current students to continue their education and complete their programs.
- Organize and manage departmental events like Open Days and public exhibitions, and assist the Sales team in carrying out initiatives that promote team growth and improved performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**:

- A **Bachelor's Degree** in any field is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in the education or sales industry is a plus.
- Must be fluent in both **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia.**Ability to speak Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel when needed.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
