**Your Roles**:

- Conduct 1:1 or small group teaching sessions tailored to the unique learning styles, strengths, and needs of each student.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the individual learning strengths, challenges, and needs of students with special needs.
- Maintain detailed records of assessment results, progress reports, and observations to inform educational planning and decision-making.
- Develop personalized IEPs to establish specific goals tailored to each student's abilities and needs.
- Plan and facilitate socialization sessions to promote social skills development, peer interactions, and community integration.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and trends in special education, assessment, and intervention strategies.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

**About You**:

- Experience working with individuals with diverse learning needs.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, educational methodologies, and intervention strategies for special needs populations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and passionate about teaching.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
