**Position**:
Staff Nurse / Medical Assistant

**Salary range**:
RM2,000 - RM3,000 (based on experience)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **Receptionist & Patience Care**_
- Greet patients warmly and handle them with utmost care when receiving patient
- Ensure patients cards or treatment chit are prepared correctly according to SOP
- Attend to patient by coordinating services & treatment as per patient registration
- Prepare & retrieves patients report into patients checkup form
- Ensure sales data are captured accurately by keying in register patient in IQRIS
- **Clinical & Treatment**_
- Keeping the doctor's room tidy and neat for consultation; cleaning up if necessary to ensure the environment looks pleasant for the patients
- Ushering in patients into the consultation or treatment room; giving a feeling of welcome, wanted and concern
- Assisting the patients for doctor's examination; ensuring patient feels comfortable in the room and acts as chaperon for female patient
- Ensure patients are comfortable throughout the medical checkup process by adhering to all company's policies & procedures (Nursing Standards and Code of Ethics)
- Ensure standards of patient care are always met by accurately taking the patient's body temperature, pulse rate & blood pressure reading & recording it prior to the doctor's consultation
- **Dispensing**_
- Dispensing drugs as prescribed by the doctors, ensuring the right drugs and dosage given out and provide correct instruction regarding dosage, duration and methods (if any) to the patient
- Inquiring from the patients regarding allergies to medicine; ensuring allergic medicines are not dispensed
- Preparing and labelling plastic bottles for medicines / mixtures, ensure prepared bottles are always available; ensuring sufficient bottles, cream and pill containers in the dispensary
- Pouring medicines / mixtures into smaller bottles; ensure medicines are available at all the times without wasting time
- Keying-in drugs prescribed into the computer for records and for charges
- Ensure all medical reports & treatment chits are attached properly with the Pre-invoice summary
- **Customer Relations**_
- Support and participate in public relations, customer relations & marketing activities
- Ensure all patients / panels complaints and problems are attended promptly
- Facilitate two way communications with feedback by conduction health task to help patients increase health awareness & improve customer relations
- Support and perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management by Performing the task to the best of one's ability as and when required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to take minutes of meetings
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Able to coordinate and facilitate the teams and work groups as well as able to liaise with relevant authority and different level of staff, able to multi-task and work under pressure

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
