**Job Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Promote Products**: Actively promote and demonstrate the company’s products to potential customers to increase brand awareness and sales.
- **Customer Engagement**: Approach and interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- **Sales Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company using effective sales techniques.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of products, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers, to communicate effectively with customers.
- **Merchandising**: Ensure product displays are neat, clean, and visually appealing to attract customer attention.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights about products, services, and promotions, and report them to the management team.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory, and provide regular updates to supervisors.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate promotional activities and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum SPM or equivalent; a Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: Experience as a Sales Promoter, Sales Representative, or similar role is encouraged.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- **Personality**: Friendly, energetic, and capable of engaging with a diverse customer base.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak retail hours as required.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift promotional materials or products when needed.
