**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform minor electrical repairs and replacements, including fixtures, switches, outlets, and lighting systems, to support continuous operations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical hazards, defects, and maintenance needs.
- Maintain property safety standards and ensure a comfortable, compliant environment for all occupants.
- Respond promptly to urgent electrical failures and perform necessary troubleshooting and repair.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical code specifications to perform accurate installations and repairs.
- Order necessary parts and maintain inventory records to ensure availability and accountability.
- Accurately document all electrical work performed, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Take on additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to ongoing learning.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum qualification: Certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or any related technical field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance role; **fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.**:

- Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the use of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
