**Job responsibilities**
- Assist in improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, support for better management reporting, information flow & management, business process and organizational planning.
- Assist in supervising and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Operation Team, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication.
- To collect and combine information and other statistical reports on outlets’ progress, or action plan as required, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all aspects of operations, following up issues of discrepancies as required.
- To monitor the stock transfer in each outlet to ensure there are adequate supplies.
- To identify methods of stock generation among the Branch Person-In-Charges and to respond to stock concerns where relevant (Inter Branch Asset / Goods Transfer Application).
- To ensure all the outlets are efficiently and effectively managed and monitoring their compliance with policy, procedure and standards.
- To coordinate and follow up with HQ’s Repair and Maintenance personnel/technical specialist on outlets’ facilities and equipment matters.
- Assist on branches’ renovation matter.
- To perform other job related responsibilities as and when required.

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduates in Degree or Diploma in any field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
