Yard Assistant

1. Responsible for the proper execution of the logistic activities and monitoring of the yard management on the site. 2. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, issuing and maintaining machines, equipment, materials and supplies in yard. 3. Administer all work yard operations and ensure compliance to safety policies. 4. Maintain an organized and logical yard operation. 5. Ensure proper handling of all materials and store it appropriately. 6. Monitor loading of panels to ensure safe transfer to lorries. 7. Daily stock take for certain panels code and prepare stock take list. 8. Manages the logistics of all material to ensure proper storage avoiding congestion. 9. Oversees facility equipment to ensure equipment is safe, operational and regularly serviced. 10. Manages yard and warehouse ensuring compliance with company cleanliness and housekeeping standards. 11. Other duties as assigned by superior.
