**Key Responsibilities**
- Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit a variety of video content including brand campaigns, product explainers, social media videos, customer stories, and internal communications.
- Handle all aspects of post-production: selecting footage, audio syncing, color correction, sound design, transitions, subtitling, and final output.
- Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with producers, art directors, copywriters, motion designers, and marketing leads to bring concepts to life visually and dynamically.
- Provide creative input on storytelling, pacing, structure, and style of video content.
- Interpret scripts or storyboards and translate them into compelling visual edits.
- Platform-Optimised Content
- Adapt and reformat content for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid media placements.
- Stay updated with platform trends, audience preferences, and new content styles to keep Carro’s content fresh and relevant.
- Asset Management & Delivery
- Organize, archive, and manage media assets and project files.
- Ensure timely delivery of final videos, meeting technical and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of video editing experience in an advertising agency or in-house creative/marketing team.
- A strong reel/portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing craft, pacing, and versatility across formats and genres.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, and/or other relevant tools.
- Strong sense of design, rhythm, motion, and audio integration.
- Familiarity with colour grading, basic motion graphics, and sound mixing.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Experience working with regional markets and cross-cultural content is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience editing content for automotive, tech, or consumer-facing brands.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with camera formats, codecs, and video workflow best practices.
