**2. Work Experience**
- **Entry-Level**: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT sector or technology-related industries.
- **Mid-Level**:2 years of experience, with a proven track record in selling IT solutions, software, or hardware.
**3. Skills and CompetenciesTechnical Skills**
- Basic understanding of IT products and services (e.g., software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure).
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple, client-friendly manner.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
**Sales and Communication Skills**
- **Sales Pitching**: Excellent ability to craft and deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations.
- **Negotiation**: Strong skills in closing deals and handling objections.
- **Communication**: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (additional languages like Mandarin are a bonus).
**Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking**
- Ability to understand customer pain points and offer tailored IT solutions.
- Analytical mindset for identifying business opportunities and market trends.
**4. Personal Attributes**
- **Self-Motivated**: Goal-oriented and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- **Customer-Centric**: Focused on building long-term relationships with clients.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Keen interest in staying updated with the latest IT trends and solutions.

**5. Other Requirements**
- **Transportation**: Own transportation is preferred for client visits.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work irregular hours to accommodate client schedules or attend industry events.
- **Travel**: Availability to travel locally or internationally for business development.
- **Targets**: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
**6. Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying and generating leads through networking, events, and online research.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their IT needs.
- Delivering tailored IT product or service presentations and proposals.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Keeping up with industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Preferred Knowledge**
- Familiarity with **IT sales cycles**, including B2B or B2C sales strategies.
- Understanding of technical jargon related to cloud services, SaaS, PaaS, cybersecurity, or hardware.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies to support sales efforts.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
