**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage stock replenishment and inventory updates on ecommerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify (experience in Shopify is a plus).
- Ensure consistent product mapping, promotional updates, user experience, functionality, and brand consistency on our ecommerce platforms.
- Prepare and upload product listings and content details, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with ecommerce Key Account Managers (KAMs) to execute ecommerce campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the fulfillment process.
- Provide exceptional customer support by managing online platform orders and responding to customer queries and feedback.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in ecommerce operations and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify (Shopify experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an exceptional online shopping experience.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) - will be advantages

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
