The role will support in a variety of activities across all HR functions with the primary focus in Payroll,
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage end-to-end of payroll processing by ensuring its compliance with the regulations of local statutory bodies e.g. Income tax, EPF, SOCSO, HRDF etc.
To work with relevant stakeholders in managing expatriate’s taxation and work permit related matters
Manage seamless employee life cycle from onboarding of employees, confirmation, and off-boarding
Ensure we are compliant with all Company, labor, legal, and government reporting requirements
Monitor and provide consultative support on the Performance Management Processes including goal setting, performance calibration, regular coaching, and meaningful feedback including training and ensuring feedback is meaningful.
Foster positive trusted relationships between our employees, management, and stakeholders
Identify themes and trends in HR/functional areas as evidenced by employee surveys, observations, and conversations across the business. Recommend employee relations practices to build a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee engagement, contribution, and motivation.
Maintain company policies, procedures, and handbooks in line with current employment law and best practices. Partner with the Management to ensure managers are up to date with changes to any HR policies and guidance.
Leverage functional expertise to ensure consistent and fair resolution of complex employee relations situations. Ensure employees concerns are addressed in a fair and respectful manner.
Monitor the implementation of performance improvement process with underperforming employees and ensure advice, and counselling support is provided by HR in the progressive discipline process
Analyze turnover trends from various employee surveys and provide input on modifying programs and recommend areas of corrective action. Make appropriate recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
Give input on training needs and build the capability of staff.

Maturity, high integrity, resourcefulness, tactfulness, discipline and work reliable
Pleasant personality, people orientated with good interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skill are important pre-requisites
Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demand of the job and tight schedule
PC literate with good command of Microsoft Office
Able to work with minimum supervision, creative, innovative in handle employee issues and performing daily duties
Good spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
Payroll processing skill
Possess a recognized degree in a related discipline
Minimum 3 to 4 years relevant working experience in HR Field as HR Generalist
