Title **:_Customer Service (Retail Associate / Senior Retail)_**
Location **:_Genting Highlands Premium Outlet_**
Working Days **:_6 days, 2 shifts (Follow retail hour)_**
Basic **:_RM1800 (Junior) | RM2,000 (Senior) _**
Will provide:

- _Outlet incentive + OT + Fix Allowance RM900+_*

**Responsibilities**:

- Being on top of our brands’ product knowledge to ensure customers are assisted well with their needs & treated according to the company promise.
- Provide excellent customer service, informing customers of our current promotions, best seller items
- Involved with the Visual Merchandising team to guarantee the store is in accordance to our brand guidelines, displays are serving to attract customers to walk in to the store
- Contribute positively & proactively reach out to customer in order to achieve individual and group sales target by increasing the UPT & ATV and returning customers
- Ensure Store Opening, Closing and sales transactions are in line with the SOP of our brands
- Proper care of stocks, inventory, mannequins and any items within the store at all times
- Directly involved in working with the inventory & merchandising team to ensure the floor inventory and stocks are with no losses by conducting stock counts and receiving
- Being the Company representative by complying with Brand standards.

**Requirements**:

- Min SPM & above.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field (Retail).
- Highly motivated with good insight of customer service.
- Pleasant personality, fun and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekend and Public Holiday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
