- Lead the recruitment team to conduct screening and interview through various channels and methods (phone, MS Teams or other related platform)
- Develop new methods to approach and attract talents who will add value to the company
- Come up with new and improvised approaches to recruitment processes for hiring to be more productive and successful
- Conduct recruitment strategy discussion with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements and qualifications needed to assume the role
- Liaise with Operating Country HR Business Partners to follow up closely on recruitment status and to provide support when needed
- Coordinate with Operating Country HR Heads to forecast company talent acquisition goals and hiring needs
- Participate and organize recruitment conferences, events, job fairs and meetups to network with industry professionals
- Provide support to the Group Human Resources initiatives and projects
- Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time as required by the Immediate Manager
- Demonstrated track record of success in both agency and in-house recruiting environments in and end to end recruitment role
- Proven success in using direct sourcing methods to minimise agency usage
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to juggle multiple demands
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
- Self-Starter, ability to solve problems and think creatively
- Compliant with rigorous ATS system update
- Excellent time and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Propose and implement ongoing improvements to JSG’s recruitment efforts
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work with all levels of management
- Clear desire to make work fun and enjoyable within a teamwork environment
