**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Monitor and manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

**Training and Development**:

- Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

**Quality Control**:

- Maintain quality control measures related to product presentation, service, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.

**Communication**:

- Maintain open communication with staff, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure seamless coordination.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Identify and address operational challenges promptly, seeking solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Report issues to higher management as needed.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist in implementing sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and achieve business targets.
- Upsell products and promotions to customers when appropriate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
