**Retail Beauty & Wellness Sales Advisor (Pavilion KL & Bkt Jalil)**
- Location: Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Bukit Jalil
- Position: Full time and Part-time
- Working hours: Retail shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Basic Salary: RM  3,500 - RM 5,000 per month
- High Commissions + Monthly Incentives + EPF + SOCSO up to MYR 5,000

**What you'll be doing**
- Proactively engage customers with warmth & professionalism, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
- Achieve sales targets through **consultative selling** (no hard selling)
- Delivering outstanding customer service to build strong relationships and drive repeat business
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Assisting with stock management, visual merchandising and other store operations as required

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the health, wellness or beauty industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Confident, friendly and self-motivated, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
