**Roles and responsibilities**
- Responding and leading a medical team to a patient's home upon being activated for House-calls, Home-ward or other Sites from Clinical Base.
- Diagnosing medical conditions through complete history taking, lab tests and other investigations leading to counseling and treatment based on best practices available.
- Maintaining updated documentation regarding patient’s medical records, incorporating complete history and other reports.
- Liaising with Ambulance Team, Medical Specialists, Emergency Departments and Medical Centres for escalation of care, if necessary.
- Engaging with patients through Telemedicine for new or follow-up cases, for review of investigations and for H-ward patients monitoring.
- Competently performing minor surgeries, wound dressing, insertion of catheters and other medical procedures in the setting of the Patient’s Home or Site.
- Participate in continuous medical education and keeping up-to-date by preparing and giving talks, written assignments, acquiring points for APC renewal and others.
- Monitoring and stocking medications and medical consumables in the Ambulatory Medical Bag, Medical Clinic and Centres.
- Supervise and evaluate Nurses and Medical Assistants to ensure full compliance with Medical Regulations and to optimize patient’s care.
- Working closely with the whole team in Speedoc as frontline representatives for the promotion and betterment of the organization.

**Job Types**: Contract, Freelance

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
