School Warden

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Supervision**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of students within the residential facility.
- Monitor and manage student behavior, enforcing school policies and rules.
- Create a positive and respectful living environment for students.

**Residential Facility Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential facility.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to the residential facility.

**Communication**:

- Maintain open and transparent communication with students, parents, and school staff.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to address student needs and concerns.

**Crisis Management**:

- Respond to emergencies and crises in a calm and effective manner.

Implement emergency procedures as needed, ensuring the safety of all students.

**Student Development**:

- Support the personal and academic development of students.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and events for residential students.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or residential setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle conflict and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
- Understanding of adolescent development and behavior.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
