**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and inspect incoming inventories and materials, ensuring accuracy.
- Organize proper storage and perform material quantity checks.
- Efficiently manage inventory by storing and picking items for production and deliveries.
- Handle movement of production materials between warehouse and production area.
- Update stock records in the system and maintain documentation for receipts and deliveries.
- Ensure effective storekeeping and maintain control over inventory levels.
- Conduct monthly physical stock counts and promptly report any discrepancies.
- Prepare necessary delivery documents (COA, DO) for material shipments.
- Adhere to safety and environmental procedures.
- Perform regular equipment checks, including forklift inspections, and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
