**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and conduct cost comparisons for HR programs and initiatives, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize pivot tables and VLOOKUP for data analysis and reporting.
- Perform statistical analysis to interpret HR metrics and trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management based on data insights.
- Maintain accurate HR databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Handle HR projects and other HR functions.
- Other duties as assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in data analysis will be an added advantages.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
