**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with potential clients in the executive lounge at the airport to effectively promote and sell spa services.
- Proactively generating sales by approaching potential clients.
- Upselling additional services, packages, and products to enrich the client experience.
- Remaining updated on new products, services, and sales strategies.
- Participating in promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract new clientele.
- Meeting monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintaining good communication with therapists and receptionists.
- Analyzing spa packages, airline schedules, and therapist schedules for optimization.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- No prior experience required.
- Must have strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers.

**Our spa lounge is conveniently located at KLIA 1 Lounge, Sepang.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
