We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Van Driver & Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. This role is more than just driving—it’s about being an essential part of our sales operations. You will be responsible for transporting our sales representatives, assisting with door-to-door sales, delivering orders to customers, managing stock on the van, and ensuring the company vehicle is well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
Driving & Sales Support:

- Safely transport the salesman to various locations for door-to-door sales.
- Assist in promoting and selling products directly to customers.
- Help load and unload stock for each sales trip.

Stock & Order Management:

- Keep track of inventory in the van and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Keep accurate records of stock movement, sales, and deliveries.

Van Maintenance & Responsibility:

- Take full responsibility for the company van’s cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ensure the vehicle is always in roadworthy condition (regular checks on oil, fuel, tires, etc.).
- Follow all road safety regulations and company driving policies.

Earnings & Benefits:

- Basic salary plus a commission-based structure—the more the van sells, the more you earn

**Requirements**:
✔ Must have a valid manual driving license.

✔ Previous driving experience preferred (but not mandatory).

✔ Basic knowledge of stock management and customer service.

✔ A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a team player mindset.

✔ Willing to travel is preferred.
