Roti Master

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook various types of roti according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all dough is prepared, portioned, and stored properly for daily operations.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all roti items served.
- Monitor food freshness, quality, and portion control.
- Keep the cooking area, utensils, and equipment clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Follow proper hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness procedures.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks when required, especially during peak hours.
- Report any equipment malfunction or shortage of ingredients to the Kitchen Supervisor or Outlet Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Roti Master or in a similar kitchen role is an advantage.
- Skilled in handling dough preparation, cooking, and roti-making techniques.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain product quality under pressure.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to cleanliness and teamwork.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
