Take **ownership for new or existing business** immediately assigned to portfolio with the objective of growth.
- Provide highest levels of quality for customer experience in all aspects of business process.
**Account management**
- Customer management and care - ensure customer is satisfied with every aspect of our service and delivery by keeping commitments in key moments of truth.
- Customer relationship management - ensure customer wants to continue to maintain account.
- Customer development - up-selling growth - strive to grow account year on year.
- Cross-selling internally within customer and/to associated companies to grow share of wallet.
**Delivery**
- Take quality job brief and ask appropriate questions where client does not initially provide required information.
- Working hand in hand with customer and recruitment manager.
- Consult clients on market conditions and offer input to compensation or duration where applicable.
- Ensure recruitment understand vacancies from Account in your hand.
- Where required conduct appropriate levels of screening in accordance with requirements.
- Monitor recruitment performance and service level.
**Operations Systems and Process**
- Obtain all required Purchase Orders/documentation in order for correct invoice and payment by customer.
- Record all activity in CRM/ATS platform and ensure support department is also on top of their activity
- Ensure payroll and invoicing set up internally is fit for effective invoicing and Cash collection.
**Development**
- Generate and follow up leads to ensure you have a suitable volume of work,
- Create strategic plan to develop your accounts and to achieve your targets.
- Develop and maintain a prospect list and be prepared to take personal responsibility for sale and conversion of “hot prospects”.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with internal/external customers.
- Ideally had experience working for **recruitment/manpower companies** in customer facing role.
- Deep understanding of at least one market served.
- Ability to engage professionally with clients and take the lead in the end-to-end business process.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
