Join us and be a part of this awesome movement (Fresh graduates or experienced marketers are both welcomed to apply.) **Job Highlights & Benefits** - Attractive salary package (Basic + sales commissions + additional allowance) - Training and guidance provided - Young, vibrant and dynamic working environment **Your roles will include**: - Implement sales plans and evaluate effectiveness of plans to generate targeted sales and results. - Identify and tap opportunities to close business deals. - Develop client-focused relationship to understand their needs so that proposed solutions address their issues. - Provide input in sales planning to develop business development strategies and goals. - Set up appointments for consultants to present YYC’s products and services to clients to generate sales. - Prepare quotations, proposals and presentation to clients to generate more sales. - Prepare timely and accurate reporting to management. - Support marketing events / activities organized by the company. - Proactively recommend ways to add value to clients and make existing processes simple and better to build client’s engagement and satisfaction. **Job Requirements**: - A minimum of Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level Certificate. - Fresh graduates interested in corporate sales are welcome to apply. Having at least 1 year of sales experience in the services industries is an added advantage. - Negotiation skills, sales prospecting and selling skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Planning and organizing skills. - Business acumen with an insight, a perception, and a sharpness to understand client’s needs and business opportunities. - Keep up-to-date with developments in clients’ industries and new practices in the industry. - A multilingual, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate **Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Cell phone reimbursement - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Yearly bonus Application Question(s): - What is your expected salary (RM) ? **Language**: - Mandarin (preferred) - English (preferred)
