**Responsibilities**:
1. Ecommerce Account Management
- Handle online marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok etc.
- Manage the online store daily, including SKU updates, pricing changes, sales order synchronization, banner management, etc.
- Arrange and oversee order fulfilment, monitor packing, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide assistance for customer inquiries, requests, complaints and after-sales support.
- Plan, execute, and monitor online campaigns and promotional mechanics for e-commerce and marketplaces.
- Work closely with platforms' Key Account Managers to analyse and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Report, analyse, and improve online marketing strategies in line with ongoing company campaigns.
- Responsible for daily tracking of performance metrics against KPIs.

2. Livestream Account Management
- Responsible for leading TikTok live streaming activities.
- Schedule livestream sessions and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor livestreams for quality and compliance with company standards.

**Requirement**
- Fresh Graduate from related field are welcome to apply.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word.
