Key Responsibilities:
Chairside Assistance: Provide chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists during dental procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. Pass instruments, retract tissues, and assist with suctioning, as required.

Patient Care: Greet patients, guide them to treatment rooms, and prepare them for dental procedures. Take and record patient medical histories, including vital signs and specific dental concerns. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.

Instrument Sterilization: Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to established infection control guidelines. Prepare treatment rooms by setting up instruments, materials, and medications needed for procedures.

Administrative Tasks: Schedule patient appointments, manage patient records, and update electronic databases accurately. Assist with billing and insurance claims as needed. Maintain inventory of dental supplies and place orders when necessary.

Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Follow proper protocols for the disposal of hazardous materials.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and other dental staff to ensure seamless patient care. Provide support and assistance to colleagues when needed.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest dental practices, technologies, and industry trends. Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients.
- Basic computer skills and experience with dental practice management software.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practices.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
