**Job Summary**:To assist the Associate Director, Service & Project Management to co-ordinate and ensure that the implementation for assigned projects are successfully implemented by the appointed vendors. To assist the Associate Director, Service & Project Management for planning implementation schedules and human resource allocation to ensure smooth implementation within budget and time frame of every project. To understand customer requirements in order to achieve overall project goals and objectives as well as to secure high level of customer satisfaction. To be responsible for high standard and good quality of all installation work from P.O. to receipt of payment. To attend progress meetings and to understand customer requirements. To inform customer on the progress of all the projects that under his team. To provide satisfactory service in order to maintain high level customer satisfaction. To coordinate all the M&E services in efficient manner at site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Associate Director, Service & Project Management to co-ordinate with other departments to secure resources needed for projects which are under his direct supervision.
- Understand customer needs in order to achieve overall project goals and objectives as well as to secure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in project meetings with various customers under his direct supervision.
- Assist the Associate Director, Service & Project Management for schedules implementation to ensure smooth flow of the project implementation.
- Assist the Associate Director, Service & Project Management to deliver set profit margins of projects.
- To maintain good working relationship with customers and other various Vertiv divisions and departments.
- Coordinate all the M&E services in efficient manner at site.
- Supervise, motivate and develop his direct project team member for continual improvement and optimised performance

**Requirements**:

- A Degree in Engineering fields or equivalent with minimum 7-10 years working experience in enterprise and IT industry with major involvement in project management in the turnkey data centre site preparation works.
- Strong knowledge in project management techniques and good communications skills.
- Proficiency in project planning, management and controlling the project.
- Sound knowledge in MS Office, Access and MS Project.
- Understanding customer requirements and Vertiv objectives as a whole in terms of business and people.
- Understand the process within the project implementation.
- Able to work independently and have effective inter-personal skills.
- Customer orientated with strong focus to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and demands.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good spoken and written skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, good team player and customer focus.
