**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze system performance using Python App dynamics Java and Loadrunner to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements in Asset & Wealth Management and Commercial Lending domains.
- Develop and execute performance testing strategies to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Design and maintain performance dashboards to track progress and highlight areas for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and recommend solutions to enhance system functionality.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in performance management.
- Document performance testing results and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist in the development of performance-related training materials for team members.
- Support the integration of performance management tools within the existing IT infrastructure.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss performance strategies and outcomes with stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong proficiency in Python App dynamics Java and Loadrunner essential for performance analysis tasks.
- Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management and Commercial Lending crucial for domain-specific performance optimization.
- Experience in Cards & Payments is advantageous providing additional insights into financial systems.
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
- Show capability in developing comprehensive performance testing strategies tailored to business needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders ensuring clarity in performance objectives.
- Proven track record of enhancing system efficiency through targeted performance interventions.
