Responsibility:

- To lead in controlling and ensuring production operations and production equipment are running safely, efficiently, and economically.
- To lead on the start
- up and shutdown activities as well as troubleshooting of process failure and process optimization.
- To communicate and coordinate with maintenance team to ensure continuous availability of critical operation equipment.
- To prepare complete report on operation for superior review and attention includes overall operation performance, controller setting, chemical usage, breakdowns etc.
- To lead in ensuring the operations procedures are carried out accordingly
- To lead in monitoring and directing operators to take necessary action in rectifying any problem
- To conduct training either classroom or hands-one for operators
- Support the implementation of Quality System & ISO 9001: 2005
- Support in the implementation and maintenance of Operation Management Systems inclusive of QMS & HSE System
- To ensure all HSE Act, Rules, Regulation and other requirements describe by production management are addressed and followed accordingly
- Familiar with all process and components of products
- Briefly understand the production and processing technology, and know how components are processed and formed.
- Count the number of parts processed accurately in each process every day; summarize reports and enter the system into the calendar
- Coordinating working arrangement by following the instruction from superior

**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quality Control: 1 year (preferred)
- Production: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (preferred)
