Assistant Finance Manager

1. Perform relevant accounts reconciliation to ensure all records are tallied. 2. Maintain an up to date aging report and reconciliation report for receivable balance. 3. Assist Director of Finance and Finance Manager in the review of bank reconciliation, fixed assets register, and provision / accruals. 4. Continually monitor and review current practices and procedure, and make recommendation in respect of enhancements where necessary. 5. Supervise and provide guidance to Finance Executive and Finance Clerks. 6. Provide support on month-end and year-end closing for accuracy, completeness and timeliness. 7. Liaise with external auditors and tax agent, where required. 8. Ensure cleanliness & accuracy of financial data in the system. 9. Work closely with various departments to resolve any finance operational issues.
