**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- 1.Build, develop, lead and manage the Malaysia Warehouse team.
2.Cooperate with headquarters and branches to set up SOP for each WH team in compliance with WIP. Plan and manage employee
training program and implement on schedule.
3. Leverage SAP/E-logbook system to manage WH operation from inbound to outbound, including
Receiving/Inventory/Shipping/Trucking process.
4. Monitor overall warehouse operation and ensure the accuracy, safety & security of
stocks in terms of quality and quantity.
5. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures to secure operation feasibility and
realization, as well continuous improvements on efficiency.
6. Lead the system and process improvement projects, as well as automated equipment enhancement.
7. Take proper action to comply with local regulation and meet the environment, health,
safety regulation as well as labor management.
9. Achieve weekly and monthly operational KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- 1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 8+ years of experience in Warehouse, or Shipping field.
3. Proficient verbal and written ability in English, and Chinese, Intermediate level or above in Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Familiar with automated warehouse equipment and the enhancement process.
5. Experienced with SAP & WMS related system.
6. Advanced knowledge in EHS, labor management and related laws and regulations in Malaysia.
7. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
8. Good skill in communication and coordination.
9. Solid problem solving and leadership skills.
10. Integrity and Ethics is a must for this position.
