Responsibilities:

- Make and serve beverages such as coffee and tea.
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios).
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
- Ensure excellent and professional service at all times with the guidance of the Company's Standard Operation Procedure.

Job Requirements:

- Fresh graduate or SPM graduates.
- Passionate in coffee.
- Able to work weekends and public holiday.
- Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Friendly, Positive attitude, Self-Disciplined and Willing to learn.
