**Position Vacancy**

**SITE ADMIN (FACILITY)**

**Duty And Responsibility**

To provide administrative support for the project department delivery team eg: project documentation, record filing, project scheduling and tracking, communication, etc.
- To organise calendars and arrange meetings for project team.
- To liaise closely with contract and commercial department on all documentation
- To assist in report writing and presentation materials.
- To assist in ad-hoc task as arranged
- Inter-department communication
- Draft and type the directed letter
- Manage correspondence
- Maintain and manage site equipment in custody
- Manage outgoing and incoming receipts or invoices
- Prepare the reports required by the client
- Perform other duties as directed from time to time

**Qualification, Experience and Requirements**
- At Least Diploma / Degree In Civil Engineering or Building Architecture
- At Least 2-3 Years Of Working Experience as site administrator
- Excellent In MS Office Software
- Task, Milestones, Deadlines And Result Oriented
- Ability To Perform Independently With Minimum Supervision
- Good Oral And Written Communication And Inter Personal Skills (English And Malay)
- Good Team Player With Strong Disruptive Leadership
