As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a **creative and passionate Content Creator** to help bring our brand to life through engaging videos, visuals, and storytelling across social media and marketing platforms. If you love creating content, filming TikToks, and telling compelling product stories — this is your dream role

**What You’ll Do**

**Content Creation & Storytelling**
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Create storytelling-driven content that showcases our products, behind-the-scenes processes, customer use cases, and more.
- Develop content calendars and contribute ideas for campaigns and product launches.

**Social Media & Digital Presence**
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align content with overall strategy.
- Post and manage content across platforms to ensure consistency in brand voice and style.
- Monitor trends and jump on relevant content ideas (e.g., viral challenges, trending audio, etc.).

**Product & Lifestyle Shoots**
- Organize and execute product photoshoots and user-generated content campaigns.
- Create tutorials, unboxings, and educational clips that highlight product benefits.
- Collaborate with bakers, influencers, and customers to feature authentic content.

**Content Optimization**
- Track content performance using tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.
- Continuously improve content quality and strategy based on audience engagement and feedback.
- Maintain a digital library of brand visuals and raw assets.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Mass Comm, Marketing, or related field — or proven experience as a content creator.
- Skilled in video shooting and editing (CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut, etc.).
- Experience using social media creatively (especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
- Strong visual storytelling and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Comfortable being behind or in front of the camera.
- Excellent time management and ability to deliver under deadlines.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in food, lifestyle, or eCommerce-related content.
- Photography skills (product/lifestyle).
- Passion for baking or food-related topics.
- Familiarity with basic lighting, shooting equipment, and editing tools.
