Site Supervisor

Able to supervise all renovation from construction and interior renovation activities within project duration and within required quality standard
Able to read Bills of Quantity and Drawings to plan, direct and monitor the team’s activities from workers to suppliers to vendors to ensure effective mobilization of projects
Sustain good rapport and relationship with various levels of authorities, consultants, sub-contractors and internal team to resolve all matters and requirements
Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties to ensure overall progress based on schedule
To attend site meeting with consultants and organize internal meeting with sub-contractor to resolve the technical and site issues
To be able to read drawings and identify possible hiccups in the project progress from termination to ensure site cleanliness and protection is being put in place
To ensure all project reporting from daily to weekly to monthly report is being completed
To ensure safety protocols are being adhered too
To be able to effectively handle and manage the Manpower, Machinery, Method and Materials towards on time and good quality for handover and completion
Able to supervise in structural and architecture works

REQUIREMENT:
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position..
