**Key responsibilities**: - Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries from top management. - Preparing Sales invoices and must keep confidential of accounts. Along with invoice processing and filing. - Ensuring records sales and records tracker on daily basis are correct. - Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals. - Recording and filing PV, OR and other transactions. - Controlling credit and chasing debtor payments. - Processing expenses request for accountant to approve. - Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers. - Keeping track of a database and ensuring that records are accurate and up to date. - Updating ledgers, researching and resolving discrepancies. - Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles. - Responding appropriately to a vendor, client and internal requests. - Support account department on ad-hoc tasks. - Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently. - Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent is required. - Fresh graduate. (Training is provided) - Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information. - Comprehensive knowledge of accounting procedures and principles. - Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills. **Training that we provide**: - How to prepare full set of accounts including bookkeeping and management account. - How to assist in preparing company financial planning and performance reports. - How to liaise with relevant 3rd parties and internal departments on any payment/accounting/corporate finance related matter.
