# Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Call Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our automotive courses and converting prospects into enrolled students. This role is ideal for a motivated communicator who thrives on achieving targets and earning performance-based incentives.
# Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students in Malaysia and Singapore
- Present course features, schedules and pricing clearly and persuasively
- Qualify leads by assessing their training needs and budget
- Close sales by guiding prospects through enrollment and payment processes
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and conversions in our CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine scripts and promotional offers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
# Requirements
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent; diploma or degree in business/marketing a plus
- 1-2 years of proven outbound or telesales experience, preferably in education or automotive
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented with a positive, resilient attitude
- Basic computer proficiency: MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills advantageous
- Ability to work from our Jawi, Penang office with occasional travel to Johor
# Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,500 per month, depending on experience
- Commission: For each Full Course Signup
- Quarterly performance bonus for exceeding targets
- Medical coverage and EPF/SOCSO contributions (After converted to Perm) (1-3 months Daily paid)
