3. Coordinate work schedules with main contractor in alignment with project timelines.
4. Track project progress daily and maintain accurate records of work activities.
5. Effectively manage workers and subcontractors on site work progress and coordination
6. Prepare and submit reports for information requests or deviations from standards.
7. Prepare site inspection form and attend inspection with client or maincon inspector of work.
