**Job Title: Clinical Assistant**

**Job Summary**:The Clinical Assistant provides support to medical professionals in a clinical setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care. They assist in various medical procedures, maintain medical records, and perform administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care and Support**: Escort patients, provide assistance during examinations, and address inquiries, prioritizing patient comfort and satisfaction.

**Medical Assistance**: Aid healthcare practitioners during treatments, minor surgeries, and other medical procedures.

**Vital Signs Monitoring**: Accurately record and report patients' vital signs and pertinent medical data.

**Inventory and Equipment Management**: Assist in maintaining medical supplies, instruments, and equipment inventory.

**Documentation and Records Management**: Maintain updated, confidential patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

**Administrative Tasks**: Manage appointment schedules, handle phone calls, and perform essential clerical duties.

**Compliance and Safety**: Adhere to established protocols, standards, and safety regulations in the clinical environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient interactions.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
