**Purpose of the role**:
Core Responsibilities
- To deliver the required Service Level Agreements for all of our customers, both Cash and Manned Guarding Services.
- To ensure Cost Operating Targets are achieved in line with Branch Profit and Loss (P&L) Budget.
- Standard Operating Procedures to be adhered to, ensuring that all security, Health and Safety, and operational requirements are satisfied.
- Work with customers to ensure they are delighted when dealing with Safeguards.
- Productivity targets achieved across the operating site to be consistently challenged to make efficiencies, without compromising service delivery.
- Empower and lead all colleagues in operating site, ensuring employee satisfaction, rewarding excellent performance and developing team members who have the ability to progress.
**Key skills**:
- Experience of managing productivity and operating (P&L) budget.
- Exposure to working in a highly compliance driven business where SOP’s must be adhered to.
- Process Improvement experience.
- Customer management experience.
- Experience in leading and motivating large operational teams.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree or equivalent disciplined service qualification / experience.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience in an operational environment.
- Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- IT Literate
- Some exposure of working with local government agencies and Police.

- Government Agencies (i.e. EPF, Labour Office).
**Personal Qualities**:
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Able to work as well as teams’ activities, document in a concise manner.
- Able to present solution in written and oral reports.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Possess an excellent spoken and written English with high initiatives and positive attitude.
- Pleasant attitude and personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge in Malaysia Labour & Industrial Law prevailing HR practices and Legislation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
