1. Update daily job report

2.Planned, maintain and carry out scheduled housekeeping of all UWC's PC/Notebook storage

3. Support of Office Automation (Printers, Fax, MFPs and others)

4.Maintain up-todate of Master List for Toner Consumable, Software, Hardware and scrap.

5.Setting up, swapping, reconfigurating and reformatting of existing and new PC/Notebook in accordance with the IT Request Form and PC installation checklist

6. Prepare IT Training material when necessary.

7. Creation of Work Instructions

8. Setup Customer Welcome Screen & WebEx online meeting upon user request.

9. Maintain and Support of all IT Infrastructure (e.g. Network, Telephone, PABX systems, CCTVs. Door Access, Time Clock, Turnstile and others) including cabling and termination

10. Co-ordination with in-house Maintenance Team or external parties for IT Infrastructure Supports & Projects

11. Daily checking of IT Hardware

12. Upkeep & Maintain IT Job Task Request

13. Filing and upkeep of Data Records

14.Creation of Work Instructions

15.Standardize and compiling Work Instruction to maintain IT Technical Knowledge Base.

16. Adhere to UWC's Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulation at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
