**Key Responsibilities | 主要职责:**
- Perform basic office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
执行基础办公室工作,如数据输入、文件整理和文书准备。
接听电话和处理邮件,回复基本客户咨询。
- Arrange and schedule meetings or appointments when needed.
协助安排会议和预约。
- Manage office supplies - check stock and help with ordering.
管理办公用品库存并协助采购。
- Organize and maintain records and documents.
整理和维护文件资料。
- Support HR or other departments with basic administrative tasks.
协助人事部或其他部门处理简单行政事务。
- Help with receiving and sending mail, parcels, and documents. 协助收发信件、包裹及文件。
- Greet visitors and assist with their check-in.接待访客并协助登记。
- Ensure the office area stays tidy and organized.保持办公室整洁有序。
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or management.
执行上级安排的其他任务。
**职位要求 Job Requirements**
大专或以上学历,行政管理或客户服务相关专业优先✔ Diploma or above in Administrative Management, Customer Service, or related fields is preferred
✔ 良好的沟通能力,耐心细致,具备团队合作精神✔ Good communication skills, patient and detail-oriented, with strong team spirit
