**Competencies/Requirements**
- Able to speak good English and Bahasa (Communication and Writing)
- Good knowledge in financial and banking products will be an advantage
- Result-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals
- Team player with initiatives and assertiveness

**Key Responsibilities**
- To make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services
- Check financial health of customer using CTOS
- Collect relevant documents from customers
- Continuously maintain professionalism, confidentiality and integrity in all customer interactions and offer the best customer service experience by proactively, expeditiously and effectively solving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist customers to understand product and service offerings and help them make an informed decision on how they can benefit from our services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Freelance, Internship, Fresh graduate
Part-time hours: 45 per week

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
